shhhh its pronounced as Brus-Kettah...

...and all this time I thought I was eating,Brushettah! anyway you say it... Bruschetta is YUM!
wanna make it? here is how.
Get all this,(Fresh roma tomatoes,fresh Basil,onion,lemon juice,balsamic vinegar,dried parsley,black pepper and Sun dried tomatoes).
and some salt,black pepper and fresh chopped garlic.
finely chop the onions,sun dried tomatoes (optional) and fresh basil and dice the tomatoes in somewhat big chunks.Add,a pinch of black pepper,salt to taste,2 Tablespoons of lemon juice,1 tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar.Mix everything together and let it sit for a few hours.
Get a nice fresh Baguette and cut it into thin slices diagonally.
When you are ready to serve,pre heat oven at 450'F and arrange all the bread slices on a cookie sheet,if you want extra crispy bread you can drizzle some nice olive oil on the cookie sheet and coat the bread.
Keep checking on the bread and when the bottom is nice golden brown and crisp,turn the broiler on and if you have a cheese lover in the house,you can sprinkle some or tons of cheese on the bread slices and broil them for 4 minutes.Just until they are golden brown and crispy.
Take the sheet out carefully and get the bruschetta,give it a stir to mix the ingredients.
Now,scoop out a nice serving of bruschetta on each bread slice.Serve them on a nice plate.
I made yummy thin spaghetti with chopped tomatoes,bell peppers,basil and black pepper.
Served the grilled vegetables on the side and viola! you have a nice dinner :D
